List offer documents

Lists document metadata for the offer from Google Cloud Marketplace. Documents are uploaded during publish. After publish, GCP documents are immutable. List responses omit cloudData.inlineContent. Requires an offer with cloudId set. Fetch custom EULA bytes with GET …/documents/{docId} (max 4 MB decoded).
