Import a private offer

https://gcp.offers.tackle.io/api/private-offers/import/

Imports a private offer that already exists in Google Cloud Marketplace
into Tackle, including marketplace cloudData and derived Tackle fields.
Returns 404 when the offer is not found in the marketplace.
productRef is derived from the offer's GCP singleProductOffer
resource. Buyer company name comes from GCP customer.entityTitle.
